Exciting news! 🎉 Mai Pilates is moving to Washington Wellness at 1 Kirby Rd, Washington CT 06793 on Nov 18th! I’ll be leaving Litchfield on Oct 29th and taking a break until the move to ensure a smooth transition.

The new space is beautiful, and I can’t wait for you to experience it! Julie Haesche is creating something beautiful and welcomed amazing practitioners offering massage, acupuncture, and more. I am very excited to be apart of the team at Washington Wellness.

I’ll be teaching semi-private and private sessions and a group mat class Tuesdays at 10:30 AM. Hope to see you there! 💖
