The three-month mark tends to produce the visible changes.

Six months is where something different happens.

At six months, the men I work with stop describing what they are gaining and start describing what they are not losing. Not going back when things get busy. Not negotiating on a hard week.

When the blood panel comes back at six months, the numbers reflect it. Testosterone that moved by month three has held. Inflammatory markers that improved have not drifted back. The data shows continuity.

Six months is also when the program shifts. The initial phase builds the structure. Beyond that, the focus moves to progressive overload and refining what the long-term architecture looks like.

The conversation at that point is different in a way that is hard to describe until you are in it.
