I thank God for allowing me to work with another student athlete today who wants to take his athletic talent to the next level💯!

For all you student athletes if your playing video games, watching tv, being idle etc and you’re not putting the work in to get better, you have no reason to complain when you don’t get the starting position, you’re not in rotation to get plays or you don’t perform the way you want to perform. What you put into your academics, training etc is what you will get out of it💯. author

I’m always grateful when I come across athletes who want to become great! For the last two weeks EJ who plays D-Line at has been training with me to get ready for the 2020 Football Season🏈. His tenacity is amazing💯!

had a great session this morning training San Jose State Defensive Lineman EJ🏈. I’ve trained a lot of athletes and he has great size, feet, hips, lateral movement, work ethic, character and football IQ.

I hear a lot of athletes tell me they want to go the NFL but few are willing to put in the work to set themselves up to make it to the NFL. It’s not what you do when everyone is looking, it’s what you do when no one is looking. Jim Bush the Hall of Fame Track and Field Coach at USC and UCLA told me many years ago that every time you train it’s like putting money in the bank and when it’s time for you to compete you will collect the interest.
