🎉 Happy Birthday, Daphne & Emmeline! 🎉

These two have been putting in a ton of work this offseason, and we can’t wait to see it pay off this season! When they’re away from the mat, Daphne enjoys crocheting while Emmeline loves playing her clarinet. Keep it going💙💛🤍

Happy Birthday, Olivia Luther 💙💛🤍
Dedicated wrestler who continues to show up and improve every season. When she’s not training, she’s usually reading fantasy novels! Sarah J. Maas is at the top of the list.

First place for Providence! Earned, not given. Off-season reps are paying off. Keep stacking them. 🔥

Recognition is a byproduct of standards.

In year one of this program, these three helped set the tone.

Providence Kretzmann (145) – First Team
Olivia Luther (100) – First Team
Audrey Adelman (120) – Honorable Mention

They bought into the process. They worked through adversity. They competed the right way all season long.

Proud of their growth, and proud of the way they represent River Falls and this program every time they step on the mat.

The bar’s been raised.

Last practice of the 2025-2026 season.

Year one of this program was truly remarkable not just because of wins or milestones, but because of the growth, the buy-in, and the way this group showed up for each other every single day. What started as an idea became a foundation we can stand on.

The standard has been set. The culture is taking shape. And the work put in this year matters more than people probably realize.

These photos are just a snapshot of the memories made along the way the hard days, the laughs, the small wins that turned into big progress.

We’re proud of year one. And we’re hungry for what’s next.

Wrapped up our last girls-only practice today.

We started with a workout outside in the beautiful weather, then finished in the wrestling room with games and relays. A great mix of hard work, fun, and time together as a group.

Coach Hakes joined in for the workout, and the girls loved having him be part of it. Year one of this program is coming to an end, but we’re just getting started.

It’s a GIRL! 💗

The anticipation is over! Coach Hakes brought cupcakes to practice for the big reveal of the newest member of the Hakes family, and once everyone bit in, the room filled with screams, smiles, and a whole lot of excitement from the RF girls and all of the athletes who show up to Victory practices every Monday and Tuesday. They’ve been waiting right along with us and most of them have been saying “it’s a girl” all along, so they were pretty excited to be right!

We’re incredibly grateful to share life’s big moments with this amazing community. Baby girl is already surrounded by a whole team that loves her.

Due date: August 22nd. Can’t wait to meet her! 👶💗

Not how we imagined the season ending. Providence fought hard all day, showing grit, focus, and determination in every match. She battled tough opponents and earned a hard-fought third place! Proof of the growth and heart they’ve shown all season.

Olivia gave everything she had. She made it to her true 2nd match and wrestled with heart, only to have a heartbreaking loss in the final seconds. Every point, every effort, every second on the mat showed her toughness and determination.

But losses like this don’t define us. It’s the growth, the effort, and the heart we show every day that matter. So proud of this team!🩷
