As a late introductory for those that may not know, this is a private gym/weight lifting facility located in Ripley WV. Limited capacity and and most equipped gym around for those who want to move weight. We’re 99% free weight/plate loaded machines with a couple cable machines mixed in so no it may not be for everyone.

To name a few, we have 3 power racks/squat racks, barbell bench press, dumbbells ranging from 5 lbs to 150 lbs, cable crossover, leg press, and other common equipment with some not so common equipment.

We’re typically always considering new members and looking for dedicated people to join the club.
No contracts, no fees, 24 hour access.

Had a great time today hosting the Ripley Wrestling team for their liftathon. Each wrestler went for max reps at their own body weight on bench, squat & deadlift + pull ups. Awesome job everyone! Best of luck this season
