Good Morning!

Rifle CrossFit is forming a run club and has graciously allowed me to post about upcoming runs.

We will be meeting them at 7:30 tomorrow morning at the Rifle HS for a 2.5 - 3 mile run at the res!

Come and join us as we find new partners that want to run, have fun, and maybe get just a little better.

I am not sure if it’s been the changes in the weather, or my running more, but i have woken up this morning with some sinus stuff. The pain isn’t fun.

Afternoon -

I'm thinking of a challenge (for myself mainly) of running Taughenbaugh Mesa...clockwise.

All the other times I've run it counter, mainly because that's the way I ran it the first time and everyone says that going to the left at the top is a little harder.

Fun evening run w/ Bruce D. We will be field tripping for Saturday's run (more info tomorrow). Started at 5:30, which wasn't as cold as expected.

It was a beautiful day to run! Thanks Bruce D. (and Charlie) for coming out and being great company. I would not have finished after tripping over the rebar without someone there.

We might be taking a field trip for next week's run.

Morning -

There will not be an "official" (like there has to be that tag) run this Saturday. I am the chair of the Su***de Prevention Coalition of Garfield County http://www.suicidepreventiongarfieldcounty.org/ and we will be hosting our annual International Survivors of Su***de Loss Day https://www.facebook.com/events/330410857434456/ (yes I am plugging this event).
