Great day for our girls at the Pinktober tournament at Fern Creek in Louisville! They brought great energy from the start, going undefeated in pool play while outscoring their opponents 19 runs to 2! Our girls ultimately earned their way into the championship game, taking home the runners up medals.

We had a ton of fun between games and played some great, high level softball! Most importantly, our girls showed great class and sportsmanship which we could not be more proud of!

🎉🎂🥳🥎 Happy SKWEEK 16 to our one and only #23 Khloe Tobias! 🎉🎂🥳🥎

When it comes to building momentum, and more importantly, sustaining it, there may be nobody better than our Skweek! Because when “Skweek's on a Streak,” look out!

And we're not talking about your ordinary hot streaks, either. Skweek has put together entire seasons batting over .800, and she's fresh off a September in which she led our team in BOTH batting average and on-base percentage! Equally dangerous whether she's swinging for the fences or executing small ball, Skweek has an incredible ability to absolutely smoke balls into the gaps, beat out hits with her blazing speed, and turn a single into so much more with her tremendous baserunning instincts and ability to steal bases. When Skweek gets rolling, she's almost impossible to stop!

Defensively, she's every bit as dynamic! Behind the plate, she's a force to be reckoned with, combining tremendous toughness with a strong and accurate arm. And if you've ever watched Skweek throw out a would-be base stealer, you know there's nobody more fired up about it than she is! 😂 When she's patrolling the outfield, that same speed, hustle, and fearlessness make her a tremendous asset with the glove. Wherever you put her on the field, Skweek is going to find a way to make an impact!

But some of our favorite things about Skweek happen when the mit or glove comes off and the games are over.

Whether she's dressing up as Spider-Man to bring smiles to children in our community, hopping into an Easter Bunny costume for our tournament, being among the first to volunteer for our community service projects, or even lending a hand to her coaches with their rec league teams, Skweek is ALWAYS willing to show up and help. She doesn't just understand our “Do Good” philosophy. She lives it, and we're incredibly proud of the example she sets.

And perhaps what we love most about Skweek is that she is uniquely and unapologetically herself.

What you see is what you get, and what you get is a fiercely passionate, intensely dedicated, superbly talented ballplayer and young woman who brings her own unmistakable personality and energy to everything she does. She plays hard, loves hard, celebrates hard, and never pretends to be anyone other than exactly who she is.

And we wouldn't want it any other way!

Skweek, we're so thankful for everything you bring to our team, our program, and our Reapers/AP family. Watching you grow has been such a privilege, and we can't wait to see what this next chapter holds for you!
