REMINDER ‼️ Youth Night will take place Friday 10/17 at the High School Home Varsity Football Game. Youth gets in free. Please bring your cheerleader to meet us down by the track/multipurpose building. We need all cheerleaders there, ready to go, at 6PM sharp. Once you drop your child off with us down by the track, you may go find a seat if you’d like. We will then go out on the field and line up for the tunnel. We do the tunnel for both the youth & high school football players. After Introductions, both the tunnels, National Anthem, ect. we will exit the field and have you grab your child from us.
Halftime will go like this:
•Mini Cheer Clinic (ran by High School Cheer)
•High School Band
•Youth Cheer
If your Youth Cheerleader IS in the MINI CLINIC then you will follow the instructions given to you at the clinic this week by High School Cheer. You will line up with MINI CLINIC (not us) PRIOR to halftime.
If your cheerleader is NOT in the Mini Clinic, please have them down with us to line back up when there is 3 minutes remaining on the clock prior to halftime.
If MINI CLINIC provides you with a t-shirt/sweatshirt to wear — your cheerleader will put it on OVER their uniform, prior to going out at Half-Time with them. (that way they can throw it off real quick when finished on the field with Mini Clinic.)
When Mini Clinic is walking off the field, youth cheerleaders that participated in the clinic will need to immediately walk over and get in line with us and all the other cheerleaders that did not participate in the clinic. (This is where they will then throw off those t-shirts/sweatshirts real quick and grab their pom-poms to get ready to go back on the track with Youth Cheer.)
We will do 2 cheers with the high school cheerleaders. Once we are done you are free to go, or stay and finish watching the game!
(Please try to go over all this information with your child prior to Youth Night, being as we will have to be over with/handling youth cheer. & we can’t really be running around trying to pick girls out of high school mini clinic, or girls that may run back up to bleachers/ect.)
AS OF NOW, WE WILL PLAN ON WEARING *LEVEL 2* UNIFORM ATTIRE. This means WHITE LONG SLEEVE SHIRT UNDER UNIFORM TOP. All 44 cheerleaders must match. We will send out a message Thursday night finalizing this.
We'll see everyone tonight at Practice, where we will be practicing the 2 cheers we plan on preforming at Youth Night! Please assure your cheerleader is in attendance 🤍❤️
