I lucked in to Tracey's Zumba class for my "warm-up" before leg day today. Needless to say, I'm gonna be walkin around like a baby giraffe, but that pump is SO worth it!

Whew.... your superheroes DEFEATED this crazy arm workout! 185 arm circles; 73 tricep dips; 57 push-ups, 75 other arm reps, and 55 bench presses. Thanks to my trusty spotter, I managed to work up to 115lbs!

We may not be able to lift our arms tomorrow, but it's gonna be worth it... I think... Lol

Today's workout....
140 squat curls
40 push ups
110 hanging leg raises

1 min 20 sec plank +35lbs. I'm definitely doing challenges like this at the beginning of my workout, not at the end! WHEW...

Today's workout was about testing limits. Got back on the bench after 6+ months, and didn't do that bad! Got to 95lbs before my arms got shaky. Lol. Then fought through a quick plank challenge of 1min 20sec with a 35lb plate added.

Watch OUT, cuz Wonder Woman is gettin back in her weights game!

2023 is starting out with a BANG! Hot off the presses, there is a new Lawbreaker challenge!! Proudly sponsored by The Law of Fitness , Fit, Fly & Free Fitness , and MEEEEE!! As one of the OG Lawbreakers, and in honor of my birthday month, we are starting off a year of new challenges with a full body challenge.

I started the challenge today with 5 rounds of day 1, with rounds of arms in between. You can add, or modify according to YOUR fitness level, but I CHALLENGE you to push yourself just a little further. You'll see that you are a lot stronger than you think! There will be more videos, demonstrations, and classes to keep you informed, moving, and MOTIVATED!
