This year has been full of change behind the scenes at Phoenix Feather Coaching—quiet, intentional, and honestly… not always easy.

Life can change in a blink of an eye and these transitions have a way of showing us where our foundations aren’t as steady as we thought. This year has been about adjusting to unexpected changes, and it’s pushed me to reevaluate what really matters, personally and professionally.

With Phoenix Feather, I have had to redefine how I coach and the kind of support I want to give the people who come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure or where to start.

With renewed clarity, I’m excited to share that Phoenix Feather has received a pretty big refresh—new services, clearer pathways, and offerings to help my clients navigate their own seasons of change:

I’ve been having so much fun experimenting with food ideas for the Harmony in Motion retreat! 👩‍🍳✨

The menu is still coming together, but I just had to share a little sneak peek because... wow, so far the test recipes have been delicious! 🤤

Right now, it looks like we are leaning towards:
🥚 A crustless quiche or frittata for breakfast (and yes, there will be a vegan option!).
🥗 A hands-on lesson about Ayurvedic doshas for lunch, followed by a build-your-own salad bar with toppings customized to support each dosha.
🌮 Either a cozy taco bar one night or a unique and savory strawberry rhubarb dish—maybe both. 😉

I seriously can’t wait to finalize everything and nourish our retreat group with meals that are mindful, intentional, and oh-so-satisfying.
