GIRLS FLAG!

We need your help! Right now we don’t have enough girls registered or enough volunteers (none actually) to make this season what it should be. Girls flag football is exploding across Michigan, and we want Gull Lake to be part of that movement. If you have a daughter in grades 3–8, give her the chance to try something new. Even spreading the word and sharing the info with friends or other local FB groups. And if you’ve ever thought about coaching or helping, we need you. Please register for the season or even just drop a message to us so that we know you’re in and we can count on you.
Let’s build something our girls can be proud of. 🔱🏈

Welcome to the official Gull Lake Girls Flag Football FB page. 🔱🏈
2025 was the inaugural season for Gull Lake Girls Flag. We fielded a 5/6 grade team, competing with other local districts. For 2026, we are looking to field: 3/4, 5/6, & 7/8.
For girls younger than those levels, we encourage them to participate in the GLYF Flag program that starts in K.
As of now, we do not have a HS team, but we are working towards building the program in order to support a team. We currently have several GLHS students playing with neighboring school districts, so the interest is there!

For 2026, sign-ups are open and we are looking for as many girls as possible to participate and we NEED VOLUNTEERS to help coach!
