https://linktr.ee/hubcitydirtdrags The event series first took shape in the early 2000s in Hub City, WI, following a tradition of Mud Bogs and Demolition Derbies dating back to the 1990s. What began as a grassroots effort led by Jeff Coy, the Viking Village franchise, and the local community grew into a staple of adrenaline-filled weekends featuring drag races and truck pulls. In 2014, Richland County local Riley Anderson stepped up to coordinate the events, driven by his passion for racing and community. Over the years, Hub City Dirt Drags has raised funds for local charities and families in need—keeping all proceeds right here in the Richland County area, largely through food and beverage sales at the events. In 2024, after years of successful events in Hub City, the series transitioned to the Wisconsin Motorsports Group, led by Riley Anderson along with Steve and Lacey Steffes. With growth in size and popularity, the event was relocated to the Richland County Fairgrounds for improved safety and space to host larger crowds. From Dirt Drags, Truck Pulls, and Show N Shine competitions to the unique Girls Only Zone, the event series stays true to its community-driven roots while continuing to grow into one of the Midwest’s premier motorsports events. Mission Statement:

🏁 WE STILL NEED A FEW MORE VOLUNTEER GROUPS! 🏁

HUB CITY 2026 DIESEL TRUCK CHALLENGE is getting closer, and we are still looking for a few youth sports teams, non-profits, clubs, community organizations, etc. to help us fill some volunteer shifts throughout the weekend!

This is a great and easy opportunity for your organization to raise money while also helping make one of the area's biggest events a success!

💰 Earn $500 per shift for a group of 6–8 people!

Whether you're raising money for your team, organization, upcoming season, trip, or another great cause, this is a fun opportunity to get your group involved and make some money at the same time!

📅 October 9th & 10th
📍 Richland County Fairgrounds

If you are not available the 9th or 10th, we are looking for individuals to assist with set up on the 7th & 8th and tear down on the 11th. Great way to knock out some community service hours!

Looking for a field trip that gets students out of the classroom and right into the action? 👀🔥

On Friday, October 9 from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, Hub City Dirt Drags is hosting a FREE field trip opportunity for high school and college students at the Richland County Fairgrounds!

This is a great fit for students interested in Ag/Tech Ed, FFA, SkillsUSA, welding, diesel, automotive, mechanical, engineering and more. Students will get up-close access to national-level race trucks and performance vehicles, meet industry professionals, explore careers in diesel technology, fabrication, engineering, tuning and manufacturing, watch live test passes on the dirt drag track, and enjoy lunch with their group.

And the best part? Each student receives a weekend pass for October 9–10! 🏁

Space is limited, so don’t wait to get your school or group involved.

In the Diesel Truck Challenge once the Racing starts the trucks must stay in staging lanes. Repairs can be made, but they have to be in staging. Diesel Truck Challenge is always HOT Action on the track, but sometimes the real show is in the staging lanes. And No you can not ride Riley.
