I honestly cried tears of joy and relief this weekend. I have battled all my life of insecurities of my body and being vulnerable knowing it’s okay to not look like the girl beside me and OWN who I am. The love from our team meant everything. I went on stage and showcased what I have now but I know there’s so much more potential and CANNOT wait to see that stage again. So thankful for the CCF pushing me this isn’t the end of the journey just the beginning ❤️

Asdfghjkl, I’m on such a high from this weekend!!! What an amazing experience competing at NPC Sampson Showdown 2019. This competition was my first in 2 years. 🙈 I felt a little rusty, but it was the hype I needed to go into a killer 2019 season. Yes, season! Join us tomorrow, Sunday, March 24th at 9am for yoga with the fantastic Andrea Moore.

She will be leading us through a 60-minute yoga flow available to all levels of yogi and athlete.

Yesterday SpartanMemories were made and huge shout out to the woman who was behind it all! .
We spoke about goals! The seed was planted and then because of the seed being watered daily/weekly it blossomed today! .
You are something special! Your energy is like no other and you believe in connection and community! Hints to our Sharp Training CCF Camie Cragg Fitness TEAM at Spartan today in Diablo Grande! We all went in as a team and came out as a team! We did everything we could inside of the 3 mile Spartan Sprint (20 obstacles). .
In Project C 9th season not only is this the first Project C we as trainers/coaches are 100% involved and participating! We also committed to a half way point Spartan Race to encourage and show that cross training as we all do can prepare us for outside moments/events like this! .
The intent, the desire and the Will was present today within each athlete. Confidence is built with personal achievements: getting outside your comfort zone : getting uncomfortable: and maybe even being a Spartan!!! No matter what we owe a huge thank you to CCF Events community coordinator—— You are add so much to the space we are in! We feel alive around you and worth it! You share your experiences, you want your gymfamily around and you really believe in others! Let alone your remarkable coaching for Spartan Racers! Thank you for all that you do! With Project C the proof is in the numbers! No, not the number on the scale that everyone thinks is so important! In only six weeks Andrea gained 13 lbs of muscles, lost 6 lbs of fat, and dropped 23% of her body fat!! Her weight on the scale INCREASED because she gained muscle. Congrats to Andrea and we can’t wait for what the next 8 weeks has in store for you!

Downtown CCF’s lead trainer, Dan Knapp, is also participating in Project C. He gained 18 lbs of muscle and lost 6 lbs of fat also in only 6 weeks!

Seated wide legged side bend ~ or try to reach both hands toward the same foot, microbend in the knee

Seated forward fold ~ belly up and in, reach the crown of the head towards the toes lengthening the back

Rabbit pose or Sasangasana ~ get the forehead to the knees, grab your heals and push the pelvis up
