Even if you just start by adding more steps into your life.. don’t underestimate the small changes that can lead us to big results! Think of it as a domino effect, each small/big step we make can lead us forward or back, what will it be?

I’m bummed because I’m so excited to to get started on our b***y camp classes y’all but Thursday will come soon enough and the weather will stay warm soon too!!! 🎉😍🔥🍑🤍 Typical Reno weather! We were just at 70 degrees and it drops to 40 lol! See you all Thursday 7pm! If it’s raining Thursday we will meet under the benches!! |
