Thank you so much Lambeth Asphalt Services for the donated load of pea gravel to allow us to finish areas around our batting cages and tee stations. Again it’s people like Jordan Lambeth (RCHS Alum) giving back makes it so special along with also being life long friends with Jordan. I was able to get the gravel hand raked out early this morning. More turf to install in this area and then that will complete another small project. Thanks again Jordan!

If you are interested in having a sponsor banner at the baseball field contact Coach Smith or anyone with baseball boosters. We will be getting the renewals and new sponsor banners back up soon! We hang them on the fence right outside of the baseball entrance so anyone who comes to the HS or MS baseball fields sees them and anyone who passes by heading to or from the middle school will see them. We like to have them up for as much of the entire school year as possible and we take them down during the summer to protect them. All the support and money from the banners goes right back to the boys in a lot of ways. We take a lot of pride in our baseball facility and are always looking to make it better for the players and a more enjoyable atmosphere for the fans! For the ones who had banners this past year we should be contacting you soon about renewal if we haven’t already or if you know you had one and you want to renew go ahead and let us know. I can not thank the community enough for their support of RCHS Baseball program! We strive to set the standard high on and off the field and make the community proud!

A few important dates coming up for Baseball:

9/2/26 Wednesday 3:00 in the cafeteria Baseball will have an information meeting about Fall work outs. The school will announce this also. Meeting will be over at 3:30 when the bell rings. Returning players if you do not ride the bus and you are able I’d like to speak briefly to you for just a few minutes after the meeting.

9/8/26 Tuesday will be first day of offseason fall workouts 4:00-6:00. I’ll have complete fall work out schedule at the meeting and on the group me app prior to the meeting. You must have an up to date physical on dragon fly to participate.

***I’ll go over at the meeting on 9/2 but all communication with fall optional work outs will take place on our group me app and any participants not on the group me app by this point I will get them on it at the meeting.

9/9/26 Wednesday 6:30 in the cafeteria (will confirm location) Baseball Boosters meeting, parents please attend if your able and players can attend also, would be good for them to hear the things we have planned to make there season as enjoyable as possible and I’d like for them to see the faces who do so much behind the scenes.

Let’s go!
