As we make our way through the final tournament of the Spring 2025 season, we would like to feature the final person on the Delmarva Freedom 12u roster, #55 Chloe Chandler.

Whether mowing them down on the mound, holding it down at short or providing timely hits at the plate, this girl is an all-around athlete!
Chloe’s goal for this season is to hit 55 mph while pitching and to hit a home run.. both of which we know are right around the corner. Her favorite quote is “You miss all of the shots you don’t take”.
This multi-sport athlete looks up to Coach Carlin because she was a really good player and is a good coach.
Before each game, this Clemson Tigers fan writes a cross on her leg under her pants and in her free time, you will find Chloe at the beach, at the pool or hanging out with friends.

Chloe - You have a very bright future ahead of you on the diamond.. keep working hard and having fun because we can’t wait to watch your dreams come true!! ❤️ 🤍 💙 🥎

Congrats to the Delmarva Freedom 12u for bringing home first place at the the Swing for the Rings Tournament held in Roxana, DE this past weekend. These girls dug deep, played as a team, and battled some tough competition to go undefeated on the weekend.. 🏆
As they head into the final week of their season with Nationals on the horizon, we hope to keep this winning streak going… Good Luck ladies ❤️ 💙 🤍

As the season winds down, we have 2 players left to spotlight on our Freedom Feature.. Today, we want to take a second to recognize a natural born leader #33 Emilee “Trip” Williamson.
Whether shining as our lead-off hitter or holding it down at first or in the outfield, Trip is a true competitor.
This three sport athlete, looks up to both Mia Scott and NiJaree Canady because they both show up, give 110% and take accountability. Her favorite quote is “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t want to work”. Fun fact about Trip is that she is ambidextrous. She has two goals this season… to hit a homerun and be better than the day before! When not on the diamond you will find her practicing her hitting or hanging with friends and family!!

Trip - Your competitive nature, continual encouragement and contagious smile bring so much energy to our team! You have the drive and determination to do anything you put your mind to and we know the sky is the limit!!! Keep working.. we are excited to see what the future holds for you. ❤️ 🤍💙 🥎

We are back with another Delmarva Freedom feature. Today the spotlight is on #23, Lyndsey Myers. This fierce competitor can play any position on the field, but you will mainly find her on the mound or in the outfield. Lyndsey’s goal for this season is to pitch 55 mph. This Texas Longhorn fan lives by the motto “ Hard is when it matters; when you try is when it counts.” Lyndsey’s mom is her hero because she has taught her everything in life. She aspires to be the collegiate player her mom was.

One fact about #23 is that her birthday is 12-12-12. During her free time Lyndsey likes to work out, but before each game you will find her saying a prayer quietly to herself.

Lyndsey- You are a light-hearted spirit who is not only good for a laugh or prank, but always the team’s biggest cheerleader. Keep working hard in the field, in the batters box and on the mound, and your goals will most certainly become a reality.
