SIGN UP NOW FOR OUR SUMMER KIDS PROGRAM!

⛺️CAMP KICK OFF EVENT:
Friday June 5th 5:00 - 6:30 pm

We will spend the evening getting to know each other, making a camp craft, and embarking on our first camp adventure game together!

🔥8 WEEKLY CLASSES:
Tuesdays 10:30-11:45am
Classes will run from June 8 - August 3 (there will be no class on 6/20)

Kids will get to earn badges each week as they learn the foundations of CrossFit through fun games and challenges that focus on teamwork and play!

🌲EARLY REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED:
REGISTRATION CLOSES 5/31/26
$100 for 8 Weeks + Camp Kick Off Event and a Camp T-shirt

Team! We are trying to FLOOD Legends Del
Mar on Saturday April 25th with our legendary SEA OF TEAL! Wear your PARAKALEO BLUE SHIRTS and come out to cheer on Jeremiah as he competes against the best athletes in the world to try to earn a spot at the CrossFit Games!

Competing at this event at the Del Mar Arena is a bucket list dream for Jeremiah, and nothing would be better than to get to take the arena floor surrounded by his entire Parakaleo family! And it’s the closest major event we have ever competed in - so you can’t miss it it!

The event is Friday 4/24 - Sunday 4/26, but Saturday will be the day that most of us can attend. And while you are there you will also get to see the elite athletes who are also trying to earn their spots for the CrossFit Games! Tickets are $45 for the entire day. We don’t have a schedule but we anticipate Jeremiah competing in the morning heats. .head

We are so excited to begin our next 8 week session of CrossFit Kids classes!

Our theme this session: SPRING TRAINING! Get ready for fun and fitness where every rep is a home run!

Memberships are available for purchase now in the app and they are limited. Read below to see all of our class options to make sure you purchase the correct membership for you child’s age.

Our “SPRING TRAINING” will run from March 30 - May 22.

Mini Movers are on Mondays 10:15-10:45am for ages 3-7.

CrossFit Kids for ages 7-11 will be offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3:25-4:10. For this age you can choose a Tuesday membership (and attend only on Tuesdays), a Thursday membership (and attend only on Thursdays), or a 2 day membership (to attend both classes every week).

CrossFit Teens for ages 11-15 are on Tuesdays 3:25-4:10.
