Advanced combos been humbling me lately 😅💃🏾

A few moments of frustration, a few missed steps, and a couple “run that back” moments… but I kept showing up.

One thing stepping is teaching me is that growth doesn’t always look smooth. Sometimes it looks like repeating the same combo 10 times, getting it wrong 9, and still pressing play again.

Shoutout to DG On Demand for helping me level up. Every missed step is getting me one step closer to mastering it.

The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is progress.

Pressed & Poised was more than Pilates. It was a reminder that life can press you, challenge you, and throw unexpected obstacles your way—but you can still choose to show up poised. 💚✨

The morning of the event, I got a flat tire. For a moment, I felt the pressure. But that’s exactly what Pressed & Poised represents: staying grounded, moving forward, and showing up anyway.

Thank you to every guest who invested in themselves and trusted us with their Saturday. Thank you to our amazing instructor Rai (), our vendors, and everyone who helped create such a beautiful atmosphere of wellness, community, and connection.
