🌿 ANOTHER PIECE OF THE VISION JUST FELL INTO PLACE. 💪🏾
I’m officially approved as a Certified Wellness Coach (CWC)! 🎓🌿
This opportunity came through my internship, and as I learned more about wellness coaching, I realized how naturally it connected to my experience, education, and the vision behind Flex Different.
This isn’t just another credential. It’s another piece of the work I’ve already been building.
Flex Different has always been about more than cold-pressed juice or working out. It’s about the whole person—how we nourish ourselves, move our bodies, care for our mental wellness, build habits, set goals, and support one another.
As a psychology graduate, current MSW/PPSC student, future LCSW, business owner, and someone navigating my own wellness journey, I’ve seen how connected these areas truly are.
Becoming a Certified Wellness Coach gives me another way to bring my education, experience, and passion into the work I’m already doing through Flex Different.
You’ll see this reflected in our community walks, wellness events, reflection conversations, goal-setting sessions, accountability challenges, and eventually, the future Flex Different Studio & Juice Bar.
This isn’t a shift away from what Flex Different has been. It’s an expansion of what has already been there.
The vision keeps getting bigger, and the pieces keep connecting. 🥹
Sometimes God places an opportunity in your path that you weren’t even looking for and shows you exactly where it belongs.
Psychology. Social Work. Wellness. Movement. Nutrition. Community.
It’s all connected.
And we’re just getting started.
