Coaching Baseball

Our passion for coaching started when we were in college. We would conduct youth baseball camps and both really came to enjoy this experience. We agree that there is nothing like seeing kid’s accomplish their goals. Our team will bring positive attitudes, best efforts, and we will choose to respond properly to both, success and failure.

Our goal is to instill the neccesary qualities that will make these kids better at life. Our total developmental approach will focus on physical, mental, and emotional growth. Our enviroment will be positive and we will have honest feedback tailored for each player’s developmental plan.

Coach Lucas, currently plays for a semi-pro baseball team (Redding Ringtails) and previously played for the C**t 45’s, Shasta College, St. Martin’s University, and New Mexico Highlands University. Coach D.J. Williams previously played at Shasta College and played semi-pro baseball with the Humboldt Crabs/Redding Oaks. We agree that there is nothing like seeing kid’s accomplish their goals.
