The summer season may be over, but the swimming doesn’t have to stop!

As our Sea Raiders wrap up another incredible summer, we encourage our swimmers to keep building on their hard work by transitioning into year-round swimming with NDAC at Bard College.

Whether your goal is to stay in shape, improve your technique, or prepare for next summer, NDAC offers a fun, supportive environment where swimmers of all levels can continue to grow.

🌊 NDAC is also looking for an enthusiastic coach to join their local year-round program! If you have a passion for swimming, love working with kids, and want to make a difference in the lives of young athletes, this is a fantastic opportunity.

Keep the momentum going—we hope to see our Sea Raiders making waves all year long!

👽🛸 DUSO Championships 2026 🛸👽

The aliens may have taken over the Ulster County Pool, but the Red Hook Sea Raiders weren’t about to surrender! 🚀🦈

For the third year in a row, the Sea Raiders soared to an incredible 2nd Place Team Finish! 🥈

Our swimmers raced with determination, cheered louder than ever, and showed outstanding sportsmanship from the first event to the last. The times dropped, personal bests were earned, and every swimmer gave their all in the water.

But the best part of the day? The laughter between races, teammates celebrating one another’s successes, endless cheers from the sidelines, and smiles that never disappeared—even under the blazing summer sun. ☀️💙

Championships are about so much more than medals. They’re about friendships, unforgettable memories, and being part of something bigger than yourself. We couldn’t be prouder of every Sea Raider who represented our team with heart and pride.

Congratulations, Sea Raiders! The future is bright… and apparently, it’s out of this world! 🚀❤️🤍💙

One last practice before DUSO Champs means one last chance to make some unforgettable memories! 💙❤️🤍

As we prepare for some FAST racing tomorrow, we couldn’t resist squeezing in one more day of fun! Our coaches showed up in their silliest suits, launched epic cannonballs that soaked swimmers on the pool deck, Sharks feasted on Minnows, and each coaching group battled it out in an exciting Human Chain Relay! 🌊💦

After all the laughs, our swimmers refueled with a delicious Breakfast of Champions generously provided by our amazing Sea Raiders parents. Thank you for helping our athletes start the day with full stomachs and big smiles! 🥞🍓🥯

The morning wrapped up with swimmers creating colorful posters for tomorrow’s Parade of Athletes, where we’ll proudly celebrate this year’s SPACE theme! 🚀🛸✨

Now it’s time to rest, refuel, and get ready to race. Good luck to all of our Sea Raiders tomorrow—we can’t wait to cheer you on! 💙❤️🤍
