Tough loss for Varsity, and JV comes up just short after a hard-fought battle. Eulalia finds the net with a goal, while Cadence came up big with 7 saves on the night. The Eagles get a break in gameplay and return to action next Thursday, 4/30, at STM. Time to recover, build, and improve! 🦅⚽️

Congratulations, Cadence! 🦅⚽️

Congratulations to Cadence Grundler, our RTHS Athlete of the Week! Cadence has been a key leader for the Eagle's Soccer Team this season. Coach Hillary Veitch noted this freshman's impressive average of 10 saves per game through the first seven contests. Her hard work paid off recently as she recorded her first clean sheet in the Eagle's JV match up against Danville. Cadence continues to grow in confidence and skill each game, setting the tone both on and off the field. Her leadership, determination and commitment to improving make her a well-deserving Athlete of the Week! Nice job Cadence Grundler!!

Proud of the fight in this group as we continue building something new together. Results aren’t where we want them yet, but the effort, heart, and resilience never stop. We will keep learning, improving, and battling together. Our defense had an outstanding 23 saves on the night and our offense was able to get four shots on goal. The Eagles are back in action at home on Wednesday 4/22 as we take on Champaign Central! 🦅⚽️
