I started CMH in 2009 as a way to reach out to the community and share my hobby by making hoops and hosting hoop classes around the community. That initiative quickly spiraled into hosting numerous hoop classes and workshops a week, making hundreds of hand made hoops, planning several hooping themed events, and performing all around North Alabama for events. I'm so humbled to be able to share hoop

'Hula Hoop Fitness at HH Wellness Center has been phenomenal. Considering that no one seems to believe that they can hula hoop has given us much faith! Intentions are set and delivered❤️. Yes you can and will, at your own pace! Not only are we burning a enormous amount of calories and increasing heart rate, we are bringing balance and alignment to overall health and wellness!
