Instagram doesn’t know your mechanics.

It just knows what gets views.
And those are two very different things.
The drill that went viral last week
was not made for your body.

It was made for an algorithm.
And you’ve been training off it.
That’s why nothing is changing.

Development doesn’t come from content consumption.
It comes from specific intentional work
built around your individual mechanics.

Film analysis. Real breakdown. Structured program.

Not generic. Not viral. Not guesswork.
Tired of watching and seeing nothing change?
DM me “DEVELOP” and let’s fix it.

You didn’t sign to stay the same.

You came to college to develop.
To add velocity. Sharpen your stuff.
Become the pitcher you knew
you could be when you signed.

Two years in. Number hasn’t moved.
Stuff isn’t sharper. Nobody can explain it.
That’s not your ceiling.
That’s a development gap.

Most college programs are built
to win games. Not develop pitchers.
Those are two different things entirely.

Your coach is managing a staff.
He is not breaking down
your film frame by frame
looking for what’s costing you velocity.

Don’t leave without proving it.

DM me “DEVELOP” and let’s talk.

Most college pitchers graduate with
the same velocity they arrived with.

Not because they stopped working.
Because the plan stopped working
and nobody around them noticed.

Your college coaches are managing
a roster of twenty five guys.

They are not sitting down
with your film frame by frame
looking for exactly what broke.

That is not their job.

I work with college pitchers
who know they have
more velocity left in the tank.
We find the mechanical leaks.
We build a plan around
your specific body and delivery.

Not generic. Built for you.

Your current velocity is not
your ceiling. It is your starting point.

Your schedule doesn’t lie.

Neither does your recruiting profile.

Pitchers who say no time
are the same ones wondering
why college never came calling.
You had time for everything.
Games, your phone, hanging out.
Just not your development.

That’s not a schedule problem.
That’s a priorities problem. Period.

College baseball doesn’t wait for
the moment life slows down.
The window is smaller than
you think it is right now.

Every day without a plan
is a day someone else
is getting better than you.
Wanting it and proving it
are two completely different things.

Prove it with your schedule.

Follow for more hard truths
about what elite development actually requires.

Talented. Hard working. Gone.

I watched a college pitcher throw 5 innings with a 10 ERA and never take the mound again.

Not because he didn’t have ability.
Because he never had a real development plan.

He showed up to every bullpen doing the same things. Worked hard in the wrong direction. And by the time he understood what actually needed to change — his time was up.
That’s not a talent problem. That’s an information problem.

The pitchers who make it to college and stay there aren’t always the most gifted. They’re the ones who found the right plan before it was too late.

Follow — I’ll make sure you’re not that guy.

If you’re still throwing in the 70s — the showcase is not your next step. Development is.

Showcases are evaluation tools. Not development tools.

Coaches show up looking for a specific product. If you’re not there yet, showing up early doesn’t make you look hungry — it makes you look unready.

The pitchers who get the most out of showcases spent 6-12 months getting ready for them first. They added velocity. They cleaned up their mechanics. They built real command.

Use this time to become someone worth evaluating. That’s not giving up on your dream — that’s being smart enough to protect it.
