To all of the 17 people that showed up to my event. I would like to say thank you for coming. It definitely was a great learning experience. For the 13 out of 17 people that didn't post or share their finds, just to let you know. I had mentioned shortly after the event that if you guys shared your finds I would post the videos of where the chest were. Noone has shared anything. And now all I here is ungratefulness, 17 people showed up out of the 100 at least expected, and all I here is complaining so why would I want to post the videos for you. Why should I raffle whats left over you guys cleaned me out already. Plus raffles are illegal in Alabama, like i said many times already There was only 17 of you. So here's your stupid videos that I don't think you deserve.... oh and I won't be having another one. Thank you for helping me make that choice. This the smallest chest. We had to c9me back with the detector to find it. It was 2 feet from his left.....the rest if the videos are in the comments

Hi Tiffany, check out this find from The Great American Dig-it-all Treasure Hunt. The button circled in the picture is before cleaning it, obviously. The other items pictured are natural finds but, the button is my coolest button find ever. After careful cleaning I can read on the back "SCOVITLS DOUBLE GILT" . The button has stars and STILL some gold plating. Google yielded this info....

Scoville Double Gilt" refers to a high-quality brass button manufactured by the Scovill Company (often misspelled as Scoville) in the early-to-mid 19th century. The term specifically signifies that the brass button was coated with twice the legally required or standard amount of gold during the manufacturing process to ensure better durability and a longer-lasting, brighter shine.
