Elite Fire Taekwondo is a husband and wife Martial Art school which operates in Raleigh, NC. Houman Mirzaei is an International Coach in both Forms and Sparring and is currently a 6th degree Black Belt Taewkondo Master. He was a professional Taekwondo player in Iran, has trained in Taekwondo since the age of 5 and started competition at age 7. Master Mirzaei played for the “League Bartar” in both

sparring and forms where he holds National titles. League Bartar is the highest National League in Iran where National and Olympic team members are chosen from. Master Mirzaei has been coaching adults and youths in both sparring and forms and his students hold National and International titles. Master Mirzaei has 8 years of gymnastic training during his youth and has trained in wrestling and kickboxing as well. Neshat is a 2nd degree Black Belt in Hapkido and a 3rd degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. Neshat has also practiced Muai Thai Kickboxing. She was a Cardio Kickboxing Instructor for over 4 years and loves training different forms of Martial Arts. In her youth, she did ballet and played volleyball for her school. She is an Instructor at Elite Fire Taekwondo and serves as the Manager and Marketing Director of Elite Fire Taekwondo. Master Houman Mirzaei

Houman was trained under Grand Master Alireza Mirzaei (8th Dan) since he was a young boy. Grand Master Mirzaei is an International Referee and International Coach. He was awarded the Best Referee of Iran in 2011 and 2012. GM Mirzaei has been a Taekwondo instructor and owned his own school for over 30 years. Houman’s sister, Master Shabnam Mirzaei is also a 6th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo . She is an International Referee and International coach. She holds National medals and was a member of the National League. At Elite Fire Taekwondo, we also teach Taekwondo to athletes with disabilities. Contact us to get information about these classes.

Back-to-school season can feel like a reset for the whole family. 📚🥋

New schedules, earlier mornings, homework, activities, and a lot to adjust to.

That’s one reason we take our summer break during the first week of traditional school in Wake County — we want our families to have room to settle into their new routines without feeling overwhelmed.

When we return, Taekwondo can be a great way for kids to rebuild focus, confidence, discipline, and healthy routines after summer — and adults can benefit from that too.
