Through shared breath and quiet presence, we’ll remember that we are not alone—one breath, one heartbeat, held in compassionate community.

Happy Birthday, Cameron! 🎉🥳

Today started out a little differently than I’d planned (details in Stories if you’ve not yet seen them 😳).

Despite my being immensely grateful for Cameron Hendricks upon waking up, I am even *more* grateful for her and her incredible leadership here at TriangleCRC.

A year ago, if our office flooded, I would have been trying to handle that on my own while still seeing patients, and I would have failed miserably. But Cameron stepped up to the plate just under a year ago as our Practice Manage: braving an entirely new field and new adventure.

Every aspect of TriangleCRC is running more smoothly because of her. 🙌

I have seen her step into delegation, curiosity, and leadership in the past year. And she’s just getting started!

Cameron, you are an amazing woman, an incredible teammate, a loving friend, and a Godsend. 🙏

Thank you for being born! I’m so glad that we got to celebrate your birthday by organizing chaos together. 😅You are truly the best. ❤️

Miami was calling last weekend! ☀️🌴

Great minds think alike! Dr. Peggy Regis Robinson, L.Ac and Lindsay Mumma both spent the weekend in Miami. Dr. Robinson was there for a family wedding, while Dr. Mumma was there to teach. One weekend, two purposes: celebration and education, fun and work—the yin and yang of life in action.
