🏁Friday Night Race Recap!
Another great evening of racing at Wake County Speedway. Erik had a night off from baseball, so he was able to join the crew, which made it even more fun for all of us. The #14 qualified P3 and brought home a solid P2 finish. Ethan is learning more every week, and it showed. Clean race, smooth laps, and great experience in the books! Looking forward to the next one!

Friday night was fan appreciation night at Wake County Speedway. Such a great night connecting with fans! The #14 car felt fast and qualified P2. Finished P2 after some great racing by Jack Acton and Paxton Cole Motorsports. Learning a little more every race and looking forward to next time! Special thanks to Carson Haislip Racing and our sponsors, Sweets Boxing, Uncle Dave’s Kettle Corn, and Delta Radon Mitigation.

🏁Weekend Recap-First race without the plate!
Friday was a great day for the #14 car! It marked his fifth race ever, his first race without the restrictor plate, and his first race under the lights.

Early in the race he gave the wall a little “kiss,” which knocked the chain off- but he managed to get it onto pit road where Carson Haislip Racing and Slammy Inc. Racing jumped in immediately. Huge appreciation to these teams for getting him fixed up and back out there in no time.

Even a couple laps down, he settled in and was cruising solidly in third place when Paxton Cole Motorsports spun in front of him, leaving him nowhere to go but the wall. Thankfully the damage wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been and he was able to finish the race.

It was a long day, but a great chance to shake down the car without the plate and learn what it needs moving forward. A big thank you to Noah and Chad for the quick help in the pits and for keeping the car rolling. We’re grateful for the support and excited for what’s ahead!
