It’s not all volleyball, all of the time. Took a jog to to get a tournament victory ice cream. Followed it up with a lift and a nice form roll and debrief from the weekend. ❤️💙

Mission accomplished! You are looking at the 48th Annual Emblem F Tournament Champions. This is the first time QHS has won the tournament in 44 years. We went 7-0 over the two day tournament, with a 15-2 set record. Proud of the group for their energy, effort and willingness to compete.
