Bend Burn Breathe,  LLC I created the BendBurnBreathe ethos out of my passions for yoga, weight training and cardio (especially indoor cycling).

Welcome to bend burn breathe Embodied Well-being, a fitness experience that improves how your body moves, feels, and functions—offering yoga and mobility work, joint-friendly resistance training, and expressive dance classes. It’s built on the three cornerstones of fitness: flexibility, strength, and endurance. It’s more than just your body though—I’m a strong believer in the proven benefits of po

Last week, I was unexpectedly laid off. My position had been eliminated. It was the first day back from a lovely week-long vacation and the last thing that I expected.
