SONS OF BENCHES started in 2010 with one COED team and has grown to MENS, WOMENS & COED. We started with 10 players and currently have over 71 members with ages ranging from 20 (Matt Jr) to 50+(Patrick). We are committed members, and are here to have FUN not win the World Series, although winning will keep us in the tournament longer....

filiated. The majority of the team is made up of Active, Reserve, Retired, Family Members and Supporters of our brothers and sisters in Arms. We play for those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms we all enjoy and often take for granted. Players will come and go but the SOB NATION will continue to grow. Our goal is to be that team that everyone respects and enjoys to play with or against. Sportsmanship and Respect is not an option its how we play the game. It's not that serious we walk on the field play our best and more importantly have fun doing it. This is not a cheap sport if someone told you that slap them. If you want to play you have to pay. We do not have a layaway plan or barter system. Cold hard Cash is what we deal in. Paying your player fees is your commitment that you are locking in your spot on the roster. Once the League or Tourny has been paid for there are NO REFUNDS. The only exceptions are another person pays to take your place or for MILITARY OBLIGATION...This also goes for any merchandise ie Jerseys, hats, T-shirts, pants etc. know your size because once I order and pay there will be no refunds if the size you choose does not fit your body. We are not just Teammates we are family. This orginization is very active whether we are playing softball, BBQ'n, Playing Poker, Celebrating a Birthday or Holiday. You will often never see an SOB without another SOB or many of them at that. Everyone needs someone, a committed SOB will always be there for you. Each SOB has something unique to contribute to the team as a whole. We utilize each other when needed because no one person can do everything alone. When asistance is needed, all you have to do is ask we will be there for you. We don't need sideline players help others when you can.
