Not a bad weekend. Doug and I didn’t have any practice for the Mickelsen Open so we went in blind. Saturday we were able to scrape up 13.13 lbs good enough for 6th place. Sunday was a club tournament and I finished 3rd but was able to take some big fish money with a 3.81lb smallie. Now the focus goes back down to Don Pedro reservoir where I’ll be competing in the Bass Angler Magazine Classic.

Well the 2026 Bass Angler Magazine Super 60 season is over. I’m very happy with how things turned out. Finished 3rd in AOY, got a win at Brownlee, made my first cover in BAM, and we are heading to the championship.

Don Pedro was a very tough event. Only caught 2 on day 1 but figured out a little something at the end of the day that I used on Day 2. Day 2 I caught 15 keepers and jumped from 60th place to 26th. The juice for Day 2 —> 4” Straight Tail Roboworm

Japan complete. Flying home then a quick prep for Bass Angler Magazine Super 60 at Don Pedro.

Found a store. Yayyy!!!!! 😂 I fly home in 29 hours. Then down to Don Pedro for the Super 60. Japan has been awesome.
