🌍🇦🇺🥍 From Smithtown to the World Stage ... The Super Sixes leading scorer came from Team Australia — and he’s a Smithtown native.

Marcus Wertheim (Brown University) led all players in the tournament with 25 goals and 30 total points, showcasing elite scoring on the international stage. He capped off the event with a five-goal performance in the Bronze Medal game, nearly lifting Australia to victory in a thrilling one-goal loss to the Haudenosaunee Nationals.

Westchester Sixes is back—and this winter, we’re turning up the intensity with TURBOlax, channeling the fast-paced format pioneered by the Powell brothers.

This isn’t your typical league. Here’s what makes it different:
✅ Free Agent Registration – Every player signs up individually.
✅ Balanced Rosters – We’ll build teams with your town and club affiliations in mind, so you’ll play alongside familiar faces while meeting new competitors.
✅ High-Speed Action – Sixes format means nonstop movement, quick transitions, and maximum touches.
✅ No Goalies – Games feature 4x4 goals with 4–5 field players attacking & defending.
✅ Gear Requirements – Boys: helmets & gloves only for ultimate speed and freedom.
✅ Winner-Stays-On Matches – 3 teams per field – past paces games to 4pts. First to 4 earns a point… losing team rotates off… team with the most points, wins that week’s ‘match’.
