I love this! It's not always easy to do but sure is fun when you can. Whether you literally fall off your horse, are having a hard time at work or just generally find yourself in the dumps, you can get back up. I find it is easier with the help and love of your friends and family who will bask in the glow of your new flames!

It's Henry David Thoreau week! I use this to do one thing a day toward my dreams. It can be tiny but at least one thing!

I love this one. Sometimes I find that if I am not sure how to "advance confidently" just advancing gives me the confidence I may have been lacking. I just try to move in the direction of where I want to be or what I want to do and later I look back and it was easier than I thought.

I love the New Year- it brings the us all the deserved belief that you really can do something you thought you couldn't do before. It is the universal calendar date that says we all get a "Do- over" Or "Do it for the first time!"
Whatever your Do is... As those Nike folks so perfectly said- "Just Do it!" and believe that you will see the Opportunities where before you saw obstacles.
