We are excited to announce a new Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class in Purcellville.
Starting now, we will be offering BJJ every Tuesday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kaizen MMA Purcellville.
This class is a great fit for beginners as well as students with experience. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is excellent for self-defense, confidence, discipline, and getting in shape while learning real technique in a positive and supportive environment.
If you have been thinking about trying BJJ, this is a great time to start.
