Welcome back to Chad Ruhlman on Saturday at Michaels Mercer Raceway Park! Chad leads the way with 50 career Hovis Auto & Truck Supply RUSH Sprint Car wins and five Rustler Sales & Service Weekly Series Championships!
Well, it's been a while since we have posted anything, been kind of a rough season. We started off the season petty good, with 3 2nd place finishes and 3 3rd place finishes in the 1st 6 nights, then all hell broke loose. Zach took a wicked flip at Tri-City. Got the car put back together, back to Tri-City to record another 2nd place finish. Then headed to Lernerville just to end up upside down again. After a couple weeks we got back together and headed back to Tri-City to flip again. Needless to say, we have seen a side of sprint car racing this season that doesn't happen often. Definitely not the season Zach and I expected to have, but as the old saying goes, winners don't quit and quitters don't win. Definitely need to thank Dad, Tim Engles, and Bob Rial, and most definitely my wife Amy, they have all stuck by through this crap. We also need to thank Zach for hanging in there through all of this also, season like this definitely wear on you as a driver. Also Bill Bailey for turning the car around 3 time's this season with massive frame repairs. We also need to thank the following partners for this year.
This weekend, a blast from the past for the 68, the original CFR will be behind the wheel of the 68. Chad Rulhman will be back piloting the 68 this weekend, as Zach opted to take his 410 to Manfield. Good luck to him. Stop by the trailer Saturday and welcome Chad back.
