Noah Jenkins is a coach at On-Tempo Performance and a sophomore on the BYU cross country and track teams. Originally from Herriman, Utah, Noah had an outstanding high school career, earning 7x All-American honors and securing a national championship title. His dedication to the sport is reflected in his impressive personal bests—13:51 for 5K and 8:02 for 3K.

He brings that same passion to coaching, helping athletes sharpen their race strategies and push their limits. Off the track, Noah enjoys cross country, days at the lake, and spending time with his dogs—but his heart goes out to Costa Vida.

Coach Spotlight #1 - Jefferson McMullin
Jefferson is the founder and head coach of On-Tempo Performance. He is from Lehi, UT and is currently a member of the BYU Cross Country and Track teams. Before BYU, he ran cross country and track for Lehi High School where he was a state champion in both cross country and the 800m and 1600m events. He also won the NXR Southwest XC Championship. After finishing high school, he served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Uruguay.
Jefferson is currently studying exercise science at BYU with plans of becoming a physical therapist. Outside of running, Jefferson enjoys mountain biking, spikeball, traveling and all things Star Wars.
