🔥Players of the Week🔥

Vivian Ortiz and Avery Bryant earned co-Player of the Week honors after delivering outstanding performances at the 10U Texas Blowout. Ortiz was a catalyst offensively, collecting six hits and five walks in 13 at-bats while posting a .462 batting average and impressive .611 on-base percentage. She scored five runs, stole six bases, and consistently put pressure on opposing defenses. Behind the plate and at third base, Ortiz showcased her defensive skills, highlighted by throwing out a runner attempting to steal in a pivotal moment that shifted momentum in her team’s favor.

Bryant was equally dominant, producing five hits, including two triples and two home runs, while driving in five runs and scoring six times. She added a stolen base and provided tremendous power throughout the tournament. In the field, Bryant excelled at first base and anchored the pitching staff, throwing 14 innings across nine games while recording 11 strikeouts. Together, they fueled the team’s success.

We are incredibly happy to have Vivian and Avery as part of our team and can’t wait to watch them continue crushing their goals and achieving great things in the future.

Thank you for the early mornings, long drives, tournament weekends, backyard practices, and countless sacrifices made along the way. Whether you’re in the stands cheering, helping after a tough loss, celebrating a big win, or simply being a steady source of support, your impact reaches far beyond the softball field.

You help teach our girls the values of hard work, resilience, accountability, and character. The lessons you share and the example you set help shape not only great athletes, but great young women.

Today, we honor and thank all of the fathers and father figures in our Blaze family. We appreciate everything you do and the role you play in making this team so special.

🥎🔥 NTX Blaze 2034 Premier | Texas Blowout Tournament Recap 🔥🥎

What a weekend for these girls!

Out of 53 talented 10U teams, NTX Blaze 2034 Premier team battled their way to a 6th-place finish at the Texas Blowout Tournament. After going 3-1 in pool play and earning the 9th overall seed, the girls continued to compete with grit, determination, and heart throughout bracket play.

Their tournament run came to an end in ITB, but not before fighting until the very last out. This team never quit, never backed down, and showed exactly what it means to wear the Blaze uniform.

We couldn’t be more proud of the effort, resilience, and growth these girls displayed all weekend long. The future is bright for this 9U team, and they continue to prove they can compete with anyone.

After a strong start to the weekend, NTX Blaze 2034 Premier finished pool play with a 3-1 record, earning the 9th overall seed out of 53 talented 10u teams!

The girls showed resilience and determination when bracket play began, bouncing back in a big way by defeating the only team that handed them a loss in pool play. A complete team effort led to a 6-3 victory.

We are proud of the way these girls continue to compete, respond to adversity, and play for each other. One game at a time—let’s keep it rolling! 🔥🥎

Due to the weather, today’s Open Workout/Tryout at Princeton High School has been CANCELLED.

The safety of our players, families, and coaches is always our top priority. We will reschedule this workout/tryout for a later date and will share the updated information as soon as it is finalized.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and look forward to seeing all of the athletes on the field soon!
