•What do you do?
- I am a NASM certified trainer ready to help you meet your goals! Whether it’s weight loss, conditioning for a specific goal, muscle gain, mobility or agility work, just wanting to feel better, or simply building you a plan, I’m here to help!
•How much does it cost?
- I charge $35 per hour session per person or $35 for a monthly plan that I build but you do each week yourself!
-I will do couples sessions for $50 per hour session!
• Do you offer meal planning?
- Meal planning is not something I currently offer but general nutritional advice is! I can work with you on how to tweak your nutrition to better fit your lifestyle and goals!
• Where would I train with you?
- I am currently based out of a small-town gym in Princeton, Indiana called Ryano Family Fitness!

Hi! My name is McKenna and I’m a recently certified NASM personal trainer based out of southern Indiana! I have over 2 years of experience in the fitness world, however, my own fitness journey started long before that. I grew up very active and got to experience first hand how much joy movement can give you! My goal with personal training is to help others find the joy that comes with movement through functional, but also enjoyable programs.
