This is my highest requested post, as my clients have been waiting for me to share how I got into fitness/ personal training.
I began going to the gym during a very stressful time of my life. Owning a daycare is not an easy task. At first, going to the gym was just a hobby, an activity that didn’t involve work. As I built my routine, I found that for 2 hours, 6 days a week, I could put my ear buds in and block out my stress, and the rest of the world.
This became addicting. As time went on, I was in a noticeably better mood daily, I could navigate my stress with a clear mind, and began to notice change in my phisical, and mental health.
I have been a teacher my whole life. Making the decision to teach others about the benefits of health and wellness was not a hard one to make. I got my Personal Training Certification from NASM, and today I am able to teach clients from all over the United States, virtually and locally, how to become the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves⚕️
