Greetings!
Many of you have taken the Life Mastery and Emotional Well-Being Program with great success, and many others have inquired about it or noticed the reviews from those that have taken it. (A very special one of those reviews is included below.) I wanted you to know that the existing Life Mastery and Emotional Well-Being Program is being permanently discontinued next month.
The existing course is pretty straightforward. You receive 2 emails each week for 3 months and a number of included coaching appointments during that same period. The emails provide short lessons and thought-provoking ideas, and are designed to help you 1) get to know yourself better, 2) love and accept yourself more, and 3) gain some perspective on how to make desired changes in your life that have been difficult for you to make. The coaching sessions are to assist you both with the lessons, as well as to address your specific current life goals, desires and challenges.
If it’s been a few years since you’ve done the program it’s sure worthwhile to take it again, you’re sure to gain a lot of growth and new insights from this new place that you’re in (and you’ll be happy to know that I listened to many of you and the “Explorations” questionnaires have been greatly reduced). If you haven’t taken the course yet, this will be your last chance to experience it.
Please take a look at this review. It helps you to understand what is possible in just a few short months.

“Scott, you asked me what I still wanted to accomplish. I actually thought first about what I have already accomplished (a lot). I know I will have to work at not slipping back but I feel that I have a very good foundation. Here are some things I have accomplished so far in this course, and it’s not done yet:
Seeing anger as an emotion and dealing with it. I'm in control.
Letting go of fear. I feel only love and compassion when I look at my family members. I no longer feel anger.
I now understand the law of attraction and positive thinking and work daily on thought patterns that work for me.
I now understand and regularly use the power of breathing and meditation tools.
Significant decrease in worry.
Increased self-care. Resting, reading, diet, exercise, watching a little comedy TV in the middle of the day for a good laugh. I have let go of doing everything for everyone.
I give myself the gift of me time everyday to meditate and go over/practice what I have learned.
I now embrace my imperfections.
I have let go of the negative past. I am rewriting those old stories.
I have the knowledge that I am in charge of how I feel/deal with things/emotions.
I have changed being judgmental to being compassionate.
I now practice daily gratitude.
I let go of perfection.
I realize and accept that challenges have a purpose.
I remember your words: "Don't attempt to offer more gifts of love than you can afford"
I am striving for inner peace, working to remain calm and centered.
I have forgiven family members for their actions, and I am rewriting those stories with compassion. (I'm still working on this, not sure where it’s going to land, but I don't feel anger any longer, just compassion for whatever paths they have chosen).
I choose to be healthy and happy!”

If 3 months seems like a large commitment, please realize that most of what you will learn and grow from in this course has likely been limiting you for the greater part of your life, and traditional therapy can potentially last 12 to 18 months or longer for you to make these types of changes.
Why is this program being discontinued? I’ve been working on a new set of Apps, compatible with both phones and laptops. The new Apps will be released this summer, and when they are the previous courses will go away. The new Apps will be very different, and I think very useful and helpful, in new and different ways. Note that they’ll be set up much more in an “a-la-carte” fashion though, and to include all that the previous course includes will be more costly. The original course is much more complete and covers much more ground.
