MY KIND OF THERAPY.

Some people have places they go to escape the noise.

For me, it’s here.

I can walk into an empty gym carrying a thousand things on my mind… and somehow, once the athletes walk through that door, everything gets a little quieter.

The music starts.
The work begins.
We fall.
We get back up.
We try again.
And then that moment happens…

“I GOT IT!”

That moment means more than just landing a skill.

It reminds me why I’m here.

Because coaching isn’t just about teaching tumbling.
It’s about building confidence.
Teaching them to trust themselves.
Showing them that struggling doesn’t mean they’re failing.

And somewhere along the way…

They’re getting stronger.
And so am I.

This gym has been there for me through some of the hardest seasons of my life.

So yeah…

This is my kind of therapy. 🖤

I don’t just coach athletes.

I pour into them.

And every day, we get 1% better.
