We will no longer be playing varsity games this year as we will pivot to a JV season for the rest of 2026.

The boys will no longer be playing tonight. But, we have picked up three JV games and will be adding some more later in the season.

We will play

9/3 Home vs Elcho
9/8 Away vs Hurley
9/14 Away vs Rib Lake

Wednesday there will be a 7 on 7 event at Phillips High School field @ 6p.m. led by our Senior Chase. Chase told me that if anyone needs a ride send him a message . Everyone should come if they can , please talk to Chase if you need a ride . There will be water/hydration on site. It’d be an awesome experience for you guys!

Thanks to everyone who showed up tonight. After tonight it is the no contact week between coaches and players. See you all Tuesday August 4th for day one of practice! GO BUCS!!

Next Monday July 27th, we will have a Prentice Football meeting for parents and athletes grades 9-12. It will be from 6-6:30 p.m. in the big gym.

We are finishing off our last week of Strength and Conditioning off on a high note! These boys have worked their tails off all summer, workouts 20 and 21 this Wednesday and Friday will be our last of the summer! Thank you for supporting their journey these past couple of months, it’s been amazing.

Today the Prentice Football team got to learn from college coaches, players, and improve in their individual positions today at UW-Stevens Point ! It was a long day but the boys had a blast! Very proud of the commitment the boys have shown, the strides they’ve made, and the direction the boys are taking the program. 1 % better every day! Set the bar, go one more!

Camp sign up went very well with over 80 percent of the team signed up for our camp at UW-Stevens Point this Friday. Very excited for the team to learn from college athletes, coaches, and elite high school prospects. Boys are back at it working hard after one week off as required by the WIAA.

Note: Players should be at the school by 6:45, bus will leave at 7 a.m. and should be back around 6:30-7:00 p.m. that night.

Players bring: Shorts, water bottle, cleats, and your equipment bag.

Note:All athletes are invited to Strength and Conditioning 4-6 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday regardless of sport!
