Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars Fall To Laurel 11U After Late Score

Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars stayed in it until the end, but Laurel 11U pulled away late in a 3-2 victory on Sunday. The game was tied at two in the top of the fifth when Owen R grounded out, scoring one run.

Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars lost despite out-hitting Laurel 11U two to one. Brooks W and Re*****on S each collected one hit for Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars.

Laurel 11U opened the scoring in the second after Tylon J grounded out, scoring one run.

Re*****on singled down the left field line, which helped Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars tie the game at one in the bottom of the third.

A ground out by Aidyn S gave Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars the lead, 2-1, in the bottom of the fourth.

Laurel 11U jumped back into the lead in the top of the fifth inning after Brooks B singled, and Owen grounded out, each scoring one run.

Noah K pitched three innings in relief for Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars. The righty surrendered one hit and two runs (one earned) while, striking out three and walking one. Makhi H started on the mound for Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars. The pitcher allowed zero hits and one run over two innings, striking out three and walking four. Mason W led things off on the mound for Laurel 11U. The hurler surrendered two hits and two runs over five innings, striking out five and walking three.

Aidyn and Re*****on each drove in one run for Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars. Jackson P stole two bases. Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars didn't commit a single error in the field. Anderson D had the most chances in the field with six.

Tylon and Brooks were a one-two punch in the lineup, as each drove in one run for Laurel 11U. Brooks led Laurel 11U with one hit in two at bats. Loden F and Braeson L each stole multiple bases for Laurel 11U. Laurel 11U ran wild on the base paths, collecting nine stolen bases for the game. Laurel 11U were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. C**t R had the most chances in the field with five.

We may not have brought home the win, but what these boys gained is far greater than a trophy. They showed grit, heart, and brotherhood with every pitch, every swing, and every play. They played with purpose, carried each other with pride, and represented something bigger than themselves. Today wasn’t the outcome we hoped for, but the growth, the bond, and the memories made are the true victory. We are beyond proud of each and every one of them. This is just the beginning.

Lord, we thank You for this journey and the opportunity before our boys. We ask that You continue to cover them offensively and defensively every step of the way. Strengthen their minds, their hearts, and their bodies. Give our coaches the wisdom, patience, and vision to lead with grace and purpose. Let teamwork, discipline, and favor follow them through every inning.

Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars Beat Whitewright 11u All-Stars

Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars were triumphant over Whitewright 11u All-Stars 5-2 on Saturday at Ed Worrell Memorial Park.

Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars were the first to get on the board in the first when JC R singled, scoring one run.

Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars extended their early lead with three runs in the bottom of the second thanks to RBI singles by Mason R and Re*****on S.

Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars added one run in the third. JC grounded out, making the score 5-0.

Mason stepped on the hill first for Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars. The starting pitcher surrendered four hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out two and walking one. Cannon Y began the game for Whitewright 11u All-Stars. The hurler surrendered four hits and five runs (four earned) over three and two-thirds innings, striking out two and walking five. Anderson D, Aidyn S, and Re*****on each appeared in relief for Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars.

Brooks W, Jackson P, Mason, JC, and Re*****on each collected one hit for Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars. JC and Re*****on each drove in two runs for Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars. Jackson stole three bases. Prattville Ozone Rookie All-Stars were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. JC had the most chances in the field with eight.

Kinsler K, Kase T, Cannon, Hunter E, and Asher D each collected one hit for Whitewright 11u All-Stars. Casen H and Kase were tough to handle back-to-back in the lineup, as each drove in one run for Whitewright 11u All-Stars. Whitewright 11u All-Stars turned one double play in the game.
