We are a youth fastpitch softball team based in Poynette. Among our coaches are Bob Tomlinson (5 time state championship coach with the most wins in Wisconsin High School softball). Kirsten Branton ( 2012 state player of the year, 4x conference pitcher of year). We coach with a balance of winning, fun, development and growth as an individual, as well as the "good stuff".

I think 2 things coaches should try and take a stand against by not participating in are 1. Tryouts mid to early July when their team's season is still in progress. 2. Tournaments that start prior to noon on a weekday. I understand tournaments are trying to maximize their income but parents don't get to see their child play due to work. Take a couple less teams and let parents watch their kids play their games.

After a rough weekend last weekend Chaos came back to play a very good game today against a good Tri State Heat team. We came up short 5-3 but we played well.
