FBA will be hosting a Sports Physical Day on Monday, July 28th in the gym for only $10 per student!

Please remember that FBA requires that all students that participle in athletics and dance to have an annual physical and documents filled out. Please see the following link for all the paperwork needed for that day. We will provide packets to use the day of, but you can also fill them out before you arrive. For Upper School students participating in TSSAA sports, they must use the specific physical paperwork found in this link.
