We’re back for another full day of games today at the Poteet Jr High gym! Come out, cheer on our teams and enjoy some great food while you’re here.

We’ll have breakfast tacos for $2 in the concession stand this morning and later we’ll be serving a burger combo (burger, chips and a soda) for $10. Swing by for breakfast, stay for lunch and enjoy a great day of basketball with our CYO community.

All proceeds from the concession stand go toward our scholarship fund and support our parish, so thank you for supporting our kids and our community.

💙 Thank You, CYO Families! 🏀

Thank you to all the families who took time out of their busy schedules to attend and support our CYO kids. They had an amazing time watching the Varsity Girls and Boys take on Natalia and cheering them on.

Our CYO players are the future, and it was so special to see them supporting the teams they may one day play for.

A huge thank you as well to the Poteet High School coaches for allowing us to be part of the night and for all their help throughout the evening.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of CYO coach Mark Alfaro, who lost his life last night.

Mark dedicated many years to coaching and mentoring our youth through CYO basketball and other youth sports in our community. Like so many coaches, he selflessly gave his time away from his own family to invest in our children, leaving a lasting impact that will never be forgotten.

In a close knit community like ours, this loss is felt deeply by players, families, fellow coaches, and friends. We ask that you take a moment to reflect on the lives Mark touched, especially the children he coached and to keep his wife Jackie, children & family in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

Please join us in lifting up prayers for the Alfaro family. Rest in peace, Mark. May our Lord and Savior welcome you into His kingdom with open arms. 🙏🤍

Today’s (11/2/2025) registration will held in the learning center building next to the parking lot facing Ave H and not in the classrooms behind the church

Our next registration date will be Sunday, Nov. 2 from 2:00-3:30 in one of the classrooms behind the church. We do have some age dicisons that are closed, please see below

4-5 year olds-no openings available
11 year old girls-no openings available
12-13 boys and girls- no openings available

Friendly reminder, you have to show up in person to register and if fee is not paid in full a deposit of $50 will be required.

It’s that time of year again
We will be holding registrations for CYO basketball on Wednesday, Oct 22 from 7-8 and again on Sunday, Oct 26 from 2-3 both will be held at the church in one of the classrooms behind the church.
Things to know, if the fee of $110 is not paid in full at time of registration we will require a $50 deposit to secure your spot, there are No Exceptions and there will be no options for not registering in person.
