On Thursday evening July 28th at 7 PM we will have our 7-12 football parent meeting. This will be held at the auditorium. This meeting will last roughly an hour and all football coaches will be there. During this time we will discuss policies, schedules, expectations, and meet n greet. If you are a football parent, please try to be there. Also, please pass the word! Thank you!

A couple of key announcements for this week. A. This is our last week of STS before the seasons start. Let’s finish strong with more athletes than last week! B. Football boys grade 11-12 will be getting equipment issued starting on Tuesday after our STS workouts are over. BE HERE!!! ALL OF YOU!!!
My time here has been fast and furious since day 1. I want everyone to know that it’s been such an uplifting time for us. Everyone has been so accommodating and kind. We appreciate it so much! Now let’s go win some games for the Bold Gold!

Congrats to Bold Gold Antelope Zach Courtney who brings home a State Championship in Discus to cap off his senior year!

Post’s Zach Courtney crushed it at the State Meet.

He won the Gold in the 2A Discus with a massive State Record throw of 186-6 to take first by over 25 feet!

Outstanding!

The previous 2A record was set in 1977!

UPDATE FROM SHALLOWATER-

The ONLY field events at 1:30 will be shot put and discus.

They will also run the 3200 at 1:30.

All other running events will start at 2:00.

The running events at the Shallowater track meet will likely begin AHEAD OF SCHEDULE due to weather concerns. They will try to start the sprint relay as close to 4:00 as possible.
