🚨 URGENT NEED FOR VOLUNTEERS! 🚨

The 47th Annual Elizabeth River Run is this Sunday in Portsmouth, and we still need volunteers to help make race day a success!

We especially need:

🏃 Course Marshals
🏅 Finish Line Volunteers
🎉 After-Party Volunteers

Please help us continue the tradition of this incredible race while supporting all our runners and walkers!

👕 All volunteers will receive a race shirt and are invited to enjoy the after-party.

Thomas will also provide volunteer-service letters for anyone who needs documentation for work, school, or the military.

🚨Its that time of the year again! Fall and winter training has OFFICALLY begun! 🚨
Here is the list of most of the races around the Hampton Roads area. If we have forgotten some, we will add them to the list. Check Tidewater Striders Club and J&A Racing sites for the most updated information. For the others go directly to their FB/IG site and it will give you more details and registration to sign up.
Don't forget to get all your running and recover needs from Running etc. They will have of run club discounts.
