Congratulations to all the lifters who lifted at the Western/Southern Ohio State Powerlifting Meet today at Coal Grove.

Congratulations to the lifters who placed top 6th in their weight division!

I want to say how proud I am of all the lifters. Many of them either achieved success or had some stumbles during their lifts. However, they didn’t let success make them complacent with the next lift. On the other hand, if they had a rough lift, they made sure to keep fighting on. All lifters showed awesome mental/ physical strength today! We have one more meet in 2 weeks. I know spring sports may be a challenge for some of you to lift. I will be in the weight room from 3-3:45 so we can get a lift in. If a situation comes up, come talk to me and we will figure something out. Don’t worry!!We are team Glenwood!🐅

Super proud of both the girls and boys at the South Point Powerlifting meet! Many of the lifters achieved their personal bests and placed in the top 6 of their weight divisions. We will have weight lifting on Tuesday!
