Still smiling after this one ☘️

We had the incredible opportunity to perform alongside the amazingly talented Portland artist Don Campbell Music at the shipyard brewery and it was truly something special. Being able to share the stage with someone so well known and respected in the local Southern Maine music community is something we don’t take lightly.

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do—bringing people together through music, movement, and a shared love of culture. ☘️ 💚

Thank you, Don, for your artistry and for sharing this experience with us. And thank you to everyone who continues to support and cheer on The Fife Irish Dancers—we wouldn’t be here without you 💚

🍀 What an incredible time we had performing at the beautiful Chocolate Church Arts Center in Bath, alongside the amazing Boxty Irish Band!

The energy from the crowd was fantastic, and sharing the stage with such talented musicians made the night truly special. There’s nothing better than live Irish music and dancing coming together to fill a room with rhythm, tradition, and a whole lot of fun.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support live Irish culture—we loved every minute of it! ☘️💃

Meet our Fife Irish Dancers, a reel OG 💚☘️🥹

Hi, I’m Olivia, I’m originally from Scarborough, Maine, and currently live in Bangor. I started dancing about 22 years ago at Small Steps School of Dance, and I’ve loved it ever since. I began with ballet, jazz, and tap, and as I got older, I taught myself hip hop by learning from videos online.

In 2014, I joined multiple dance clubs at the University of Maine, where I started learning hip hop in person. That’s also where I met Scotty who convinced me to join the Celtic Club —even though I had never done Irish dance before. I’m so glad I did! I fell in love with the style, and the community has been incredibly welcoming.

After I started learning Irish dance, I discovered that my mom had learned a bit herself when she was a kid. Now, when I dance, I think of her and my Irish roots. I’m so excited to be part of Fife Irish Dancers and to continue learning, growing, and performing in Irish dance.

Made our 2026 Irish dancing debut at RiRa’s yesterday—just in time before the storm 🍀
We had the honor of dancing alongside Ross Adam’s as he begins his journey as a full-time musician and performer. We’re so happy to see him chasing his dreams and grateful we could help make the day special with a little tradition and a lot of steps!
